1. Acceptance

By inviting or using Drop Bot in a Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service overview

Drop Bot automates giveaways by monitoring configured channels and selecting winners at random from valid entrants. Drop Bot does not handle payments or handle prize fulfillment; that is the server owner's responsibility.

3. Rules & permitted use

• Drop Bot must not be used to facilitate illegal activity.
• Server owners are responsible for prize fulfillment and compliance with local laws.
• Drop Bot must not be used to collect sensitive personal information beyond the minimal identifiers required for operation.

4. Data & privacy

Data collection and retention are described in the Privacy Policy. Using the bot constitutes consent to the collection of minimal identifiers and message metadata.

5. Liability and disclaimers

Drop Bot is provided "as-is". Luffy Corp is not liable for lost prizes, platform outages, or actions of server owners. Liability limits apply as permitted by law.

6. Termination

Luffy Corp may suspend or terminate Drop Bot in any server for abuse, security risks, or if the server owner fails to comply with these terms.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms; significant changes will be posted and the effective date updated. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
